Digital Download Licence Agreement

Effective Date: 11 July 2026

By purchasing artwork from Nooshi, you are purchasing a licence to use the artwork—not ownership of the copyright.

Personal Licence

Your purchase allows you to:

  • download your files;
  • print the artwork as many times as you wish for your own personal use;
  • print using your home printer or a professional printing service;
  • display printed copies in your home.

You May Not

You may not:

  • resell the files;
  • share the files with others;
  • distribute download links;
  • upload files to websites or cloud-sharing services for public access;
  • use the artwork commercially;
  • reproduce the artwork for resale;
  • alter the artwork and claim ownership;
  • use the artwork for print-on-demand services;
  • incorporate the artwork into products for sale.

Copyright

All artwork remains the intellectual property of Nooshi.

Purchasing a digital download does not transfer copyright ownership.

Unauthorised copying or commercial use may result in legal action.
