Nooshi is an online retailer specialising in premium downloadable digital wall art.

Products

All products sold by Nooshi are digital downloads only. No physical products are supplied or shipped.

Product images are intended to illustrate the artwork. Frames, furniture and room mock-ups are for display purposes only and are not included.

Orders

When you place an order, you agree that:

  • the information you provide is accurate;
  • you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract;
  • payment must be received before downloads become available.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where fraud or misuse is suspected.

Prices

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already completed.

Digital Delivery

Following successful payment, download links will normally become available immediately.

If you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact us and we will assist you.

Licence

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only.

You may:

  • print the artwork for your own personal use;
  • display printed copies in your home.

You may not:

  • resell or redistribute the files;
  • share download links;
  • upload the files to any website;
  • use the artwork commercially;
  • claim the artwork as your own.

Copyright remains with Nooshi.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, graphics, branding, logos, website content and product descriptions are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Returns & Refunds

Limitation of Liability

Nooshi shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our digital products.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation would be unlawful under UK law.

Website Availability

We aim to keep our website available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may update or suspend the website without notice.

Governing Law
