Welcome to Nooshi. We are committed to providing high-quality digital artwork and a transparent shopping experience. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products

All products sold by Nooshi are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped.

Once your purchase has been completed, you will receive immediate access to download your digital files.

No Returns

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once your files have been downloaded or accessed.

Unlike physical goods, digital downloads cannot be returned because they cannot be physically returned or verified as unused.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers normally have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases.

However, this right does not apply once:

  • you have expressly requested immediate access to the digital content;
  • you have acknowledged that you will lose your statutory right to cancel once the download or streaming begins; and
  • the digital content has been supplied.

By purchasing and downloading products from Nooshi, you agree to the immediate supply of your digital content and acknowledge that your statutory cancellation rights end once the download or access begins.

Refunds

As our products are supplied instantly as digital downloads, all sales are final.

Refunds will not normally be provided for:

  • accidental purchases;
  • change of mind;
  • purchasing the wrong product;
  • not reading the product description before purchase;
  • incompatibility with your software, printer, device, or printing service where the product description accurately states the file formats provided;
  • dissatisfaction with colours resulting from differences in monitor displays, printers, inks, paper, or print settings.

Exceptions

We will happily investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement file or refund if:

  • your files are corrupt or cannot be opened;
  • you receive the wrong digital files;
  • there is a technical issue preventing delivery that cannot be resolved;
  • the product is materially different from its description.

If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the problem.

Copyright and Personal Use

All artwork sold by Nooshi is protected by copyright.

Your purchase grants you a licence for personal use only, unless otherwise stated. You may not:

  • resell, redistribute, or share the digital files;
  • upload the files to file-sharing websites;
  • use the artwork for commercial resale without written permission;
  • modify or reproduce the artwork for commercial purposes.

Copyright remains the property of Nooshi.
