Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

Once we receive your order and check the condition we will process your refund.

If you need to return an item, email us at care@nooshi.co. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

All orders are processed within 1-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Products are made to order so this includes manufacture time. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Delivery time is normally 3-10 working working days - may vary for each Country.

 International Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) depending on your Country.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at care@nooshi.co with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.
